Cook County Core/Core Plus Real Estate Search

The Retirement Board for the County Employees’ & Officers’ Annuity & Benefit Fund of Cook County and Forest Preserve District Employees Annuity & Benefit Fund of Cook County is conducting a search and accepting proposals from qualiﬁed investment manager firms currently offering core/core plus commingled real estate investment services.

All respondents must register and request documents from Cook County’s Procurement website.

Please adhere to the following deadlines:

Submission of written questions: June 12, 2026, 12:00 p.m./Noon CT

Q&A document posted to the Cook County Fund website: June 18, 2026

RFP submission date: June 26, 2026, no later than 4:30 p.m. CT

As part of the RFP submission, all responders must also submit information in our proprietary manager database CallanDNA by the submission deadline.
