Paul is a team lead in our Client Report Services group.
Paul McGurk is a vice president and team lead in Callan’s Client Report Services group. In his role, Paul guides his team toward specific goals by providing direction, mentoring members, and managing daily operations. He acts as a bridge between staff and management, fostering a productive environment, setting deadlines, delegating tasks, and handling conflict resolution to ensure project success and high performance. Paul also works with Callan’s Real Assets Consulting on performance measurement reports and special projects. Paul is a shareholder of the firm.
Paul joined Callan in 2003. From 2011-2017, he was co-manager of CRS, where he helped in all aspects of the performance reporting process and operational responsibilities. Prior to Callan, Paul worked at Wells Fargo in their business-banking department.
Paul earned a BS in finance from the University of Santa Clara.
