Cynthia Gutierrez is a senior analyst and team lead in Callan’s Client Report Services group. As a team lead, she serves as a liaison between co-managers and the analyst team, helping to communicate priorities, coordinate workflow, and support team members through training, onboarding, and system transitions, including migrating from legacy systems to CallanDNA.
Prior to joining Callan in 2022, she worked as a business immigration coordinator for a law firm.
Cynthia graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a BA in business management economics.
