Aaron leads Callan’s research efforts for residential real estate and real estate debt.
Aaron Quach is a senior vice president in Callan’s Real Assets Consulting Group. Aaron joined the group in 2020, and his work spans strategic planning, portfolio construction, manager due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. Aaron leads Callan’s research efforts for residential real estate and real estate debt. He serves as the lead consultant for multiple real assets clients, providing strategic guidance on the development and implementation of their programs. He is a member of Callan’s Sustainable Investing Team and Diversity, Equity & Belonging Council, and he is a shareholder of the firm.
Aaron joined Callan in 2018 and previously worked in Callan’s Client Report Services group. Before that, Aaron worked for JPMorgan Chase Bank.
Outside of Callan, he is a member of the NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards ESG Task Force, PREA Foundation Community Grants Program Committee, and the 2026–2027 AAAIM Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) Norman Mineta Cohort Program.
Aaron earned an MS in finance from Saint Mary’s College of California and a BS in business finance from San Francisco State University.
