Monica supports Callan's RFP efforts across the firm.
Monica Colcord is an RFP database coordinator on Callan’s Fund Sponsor Consulting team. She supports all regional offices in the areas of RFP writing and training, RFP answer database maintenance, client and employee statistics, procedural documentation, coordination with specialty groups, presentation materials, and other special projects.
Prior to joining Callan in December 2025, Monica was a records and information management specialist with advanced training in archives, digital asset management, and document lifecycle governance. She has years of experience managing and maintaining RFP content databases and ensuring metadata accuracy to support business development. She has has held positions as a proposal manager at Fluor Corporation and Tiburon, Inc., and marketing manager at Direct Container Line.
Monica earned an MA in library and information science from San Jose State University, as well as an MA in English from California State University, Long Beach. She received a BA in English and art history from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
