Kimberly is a member of our Real Assets Consulting team.
Kimberly Weiss is a senior analyst in Callan’s Real Assets Consulting group, covering research efforts for open-end real estate, agriculture, and Latin American strategies. She is responsible for performance oversight and reporting for institutional real assets portfolios, evaluating investment managers and their respective strategies, and supporting the due diligence process through manager meetings, qualitative research, and portfolio analysis. Kimberly also prepares investment committee materials, develops market updates and client presentations, and contributes to Callan’s broader real assets research and business development initiatives.
Kimberly also co-manages Callan Connects, a program committed to empowering diverse and emerging investment managers by providing them with meaningful access to institutional opportunities.
Kimberly joined Callan in 2023 as an analyst in the Client Report Services group, where she was responsible for calculating investment returns and generating monthly and quarterly performance reports. Prior to Callan, she held internships at Kayne Anderson Rudnick and MVMT in Los Angeles.
Kimberly received a BA in business economics and a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was president of the women’s club volleyball team.
