Sarie focuses on private debt and private equity as a member of our Private Markets Consulting Group.
Sarie Diloné is a senior vice president in Callan’s Private Markets Consulting Group. Sarie joined Callan in 2024, and her work spans strategic planning, portfolio construction, manager due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. Within private equity, Sarie leads Callan’s research efforts for large buyouts and distressed, as well as energy strategies. Within private credit, she has broad research responsibilities across direct lending, specialty finance, opportunistic credit, distressed, and multi-strategy funds. She serves as the lead consultant for multiple private equity and private credit clients, providing strategic guidance on the development and implementation of their programs.
Prior to joining Callan, Sarie was the head of U.S. private equity at Nomura Fiduciary Research and Consulting and previously, the head of trading and macro strategy research at Guggenheim Partners.
Sarie earned a BA in comparative culture/linguistics at Sophia University in Tokyo and is a candidate for an executive MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
