Munir leads Callan's research for core and core plus real estate, as well as public REITs.
Munir Iman is a senior vice president in Callan’s Real Assets Consulting Group. Munir joined the group in 2019, and his work spans strategic planning, portfolio construction, manager due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. Munir leads Callan’s research efforts for core and core plus real estate as well as public REITs. He serves as the lead consultant for multiple real assets clients, providing strategic guidance on the development and implementation of their programs. Munir is a shareholder of the firm and co-leader and co-founder of Callan’s Mosaic Employee Resource Group.
Munir joined Callan in 2011 and previously worked in Callan’s Client Report Services group. Outside of Callan, he is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) Rising Leaders Committee.
Munir graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in finance and was a member of the rugby team.
