Kimberly Weiss is a senior analyst in Callan’s Real Assets Consulting Group. Kimberly joined the group in 2025, and her work spans strategic planning, portfolio construction, manager due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. Kimberly assists with Callan’s manager research efforts across real assets strategies, including core and core plus real estate. She supports multiple real assets clients, providing strategic guidance on the development and implementation of their programs. Kimberly also co-manages Callan Connects, a program committed to empowering emerging and diverse investment managers. development initiatives.
Kimberly joined Callan in 2023 and previously worked in Callan’s Client Report Services group. Before that, she held internships at Kayne Anderson Rudnick and MVMT.
Kimberly received a BA in business economics and a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was president of the women’s club volleyball team.
