Jillean is a member of the firm's Legal and Compliance group.
Jillean Dubatowka is a senior vice president in Callan’s Legal and Compliance group.
Prior to joining Callan in September 2025, Jillean held legal roles at DLA Piper as well as other Silicon Valley and Nashville law firms, where she specialized in corporate and securities law, and acted as general counsel to fintech startup Inscribe. Most recently, Jillean had her own legal practice working with early-stage startups.
Jillean received her BA in political science and public policy from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School.
