Cook County Qualified Emerging Manager Non-Core Real Estate Search

The Retirement Board for the County Employees’ & Officers’ Annuity & Benefit Fund of Cook County is conducting a search and accepting proposals from qualiﬁed emerging manager firms currently offering non-core real estate investment funds.

All respondents must register and request documents from Cook County’s Procurement website.

As part of the RFP submission, all responders must also complete or update the Callan’s Manager Questionnaire online by the submission deadline.

Please adhere to the following deadlines:

Submission of written questions: June 7, 2024, 12:00 p.m./Noon CT

Q&A document posted to the Cook County Fund website: June 12, 2024

RFP submission date: July 1, 2024, 3:00 p.m. CT
