Recordkeeper Questionnaire

Callan Associates Inc. is pleased to invite recordkeeping firms to respond to our defined contribution recordkeeping and administration services questionnaire. Inclusion in the Callan recordkeeper database means that your organization will be included in analyses of products and services that we provide on a regular basis to Callan clients.

Callan seeks to achieve the following primary objectives through the questionnaire:

• Understand your organization’s recordkeeping and administration, participant and sponsor services, and communication and education services.
• Create a baseline for use with future recordkeeper Requests for Proposal.
• Understand prevalence and utilization trends that your organization is experiencing with respect to plan delivery, design, and communication features.

The questionnaire will be used as the basis for recordkeeping and administration RFP’s. In the event of an RFP, we will use your answers in the questionnaire as a starting point, providing an opportunity for you to update and elaborate on responses as necessary.
