| 9:00 - 10:15 | Portfolio Database Topics include database structure and contents. We will also discuss the role of workspaces and create user-defined data. The session will conclude with an in class exercise. |

| 10:30 - 12:00 | Chartbooks In this session we will create a wide variety of different charts using returns-based and holdings-based statistics and we will discuss the analysis. The session will conclude with an in class exercise. |

| 1:00 - 2:00 | Searchbooks & Helpful Features Students will learn how to use Searchbooks, PEP’s manager search tool. We will also discuss helpful features in PEP that will improve user’s efficiency. |
| 2:00 - 2:15 | Break |
| 2:15 - 3:00 | Introduction to Reports Reports are PEP's latest feature that will enable users to combine multiple charts and text in a single page layout. This feature will be available to all clients in early 2009. |
| 3:00 - 4:00 | Case Study Exercise Students work in small groups to conduct a manager search. Students use what they have learned and gain from the perspective of other PEP users. |
