Mark Andersen, Vice President

Mark Andersen, Vice President, Independent Adviser Group of Callan Associates.  Mark supports the research aspect of Callan's Middle Market Matrix (MAX).  He is responsible for conducting on-going research and evaluation of the investment managers already included on the Matrix and potential additions.

Prior to joining the IAG in March of 2006, Mark worked as Director of Research at Hewins Financial Advisors where he was responsible for manager research, performance measurement, and operations. Before joining Hewins in 1999, Mark was a technology, medical device, and media research analyst at Robert W. Duggan and Associates.  He graduated with from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics.

Brent Considine, Senior Vice President

Brent Considine, CFA, is a Senior Vice President, Independent Adviser Group of Callan Associates Inc. Brent provides client servicing and analytical support to various Callan financial intermediary clients.  He also assists in providing investment manager due diligence and analysis to the IAG Team and IAG Firms.

Brent joined Callan in 2000 from Scudder Kemper Investments, where he was an Assistant Portfolio Manager with the North American Fixed Income Group as part of a team managing domestic investment-grade fixed-income portfolios for institutional clients.

Prior to joining Scudder, Brent was an Associate with the Citibank Private Bank in Zürich, Switzerland, where his work included new product development and performance reporting. Brent graduated with Cum Laude honors from Georgetown University, with a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Finance, and earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  Brent is a shareholder of the firm.

Eric Davison, Executive VP & Manager

Eric Davison, Executive Vice President and Director of the Independent Adviser Group of Callan Associates Inc. Eric is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Callan's Independent Adviser Group ("IAG"). The IAG is the division of Callan that works closely with a select group of middle market investment consulting firms and financial intermediaries. Eric is a member of Callan's Management Committee and is a shareholder of the firm.

Prior to joining Callan Associates in 1993, Eric was a consultant with SEI Capital Resources where he served various pension, endowment, and Taft-Hartley plans throughout the southwestern United States. Eric's past experience also includes involvement with the Trust Universe Comparison Service (TUCS) and the Wilshire Co-Operative (WILCOP), which are divisions of Wilshire Associates. Eric attended the University of Southern California where he earned degrees in Economics and International Relations.

Brett J. Meyer, Senior Vice President

Brett J. Meyer, CFA, is a Senior Vice President and Investment Consultant, Independent Adviser Group of Callan Associates. Brett is the coordinator of Callan's Middle Market Matrix (MAX). The MAX is a compilation of investment managers, categorized by investment style, that have passed Callan's thorough due diligence process. He is responsible for conducting on-going research and evaluation of the investment managers already included on the Matrix and potential additions.

Prior to this position, Brett worked as a senior investment analyst in Callan's Plan Sponsor Consulting and Institutional Consulting groups. Before joining Callan in 1998, Brett conducted internships at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and First Data Corporation. He graduated with Highest Honors from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois. His degrees include Business Administration, Sports Management and a minor in Economics. Brett earned the right to use Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  Brett is a shareholder of the firm.

Timothy M. Pollard, Vice President

Timothy M. Pollard, Vice President, Independent Adviser Group of Callan Associates. Tim provides client servicing and analytical support to various Callan financial intermediary clients. He also assists in providing investment manager due diligence and analysis to the IAG Team and IAG Firms.

Prior to joining Callan's IAG division in June of 2004, Tim was a member of Callan's Global Manager Research Group where he was responsible for research and analysis on the international asset classes including equity, fixed income, and issues surrounding currency management.

Prior to joining Callan in January of 2001, Tim was the head of Due Diligence for the Investment Management Services Department at Sutro & Company. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics and Geography. He also attended Richmond College in London where he studied International Business and Economics.
